I'm very sorry the answer is so late.
No, Econap's behavior is not meant that way. There is a tab "Wakeup-Devices", where you can activate/deactivate single devices.
If you don't set any devices there, then no settings should be made.
We will check the whole thing.
Until then, if you are a Plus user, you can activate Mouse & Keyboard again via Econap. If not there is the setting in the device manager. You can find more information here:
